ARTIFICIAL VISION EQUIPMENT AUTO VISION FOR THE INSPECTION OF ENDS AND CONTAINERS

These equipments are equipped and configured according to customer specifications. They consist of a powerful industrial PC, high resolution camera and speed of 1600X1200, strobe lighting equipment in RGB lighting with 5 individual zones ilumination which can be individually adjusted both in tone and intensity very easily, from its simple graphic interface.
They have a simple and intuitive graphic interface in which there are 3 levels of access for every qualified person accessing the appropriate level and can create or modify the application.
You can also find historical images that are being stored so that at any moment you can access them and verify the cause of his removal along with a statistical report of the defect.
The processing speed of a standard equipment arrives to inspect an output of 1000 pieces per minute can be greater for superior models if the customer requires it.
The full range of lighting and camera is housed in a separate cabinet which is located on the conveyor where the pieces circulating.
In order to perfectly adjust image capture and removal of defective part, we have installed a programmable encoder to avoid capture mismatch and expulsion that causes a change in speed of transportation of parts.
The main cabinet is equipped with refrigeration equipment to protect the control electronics.
All equipment is controlled using the keyboard, trackball and 17 "monitor installed in the main cabinet.
The equipment is ready to be connected to the computer network using remote desktop and can be operated by a technician internal or external to any problems that may arise and optionally can be upgraded with newer software .
